Recharge scenarios

Option 1. In store Electronic Voucher Distribution recharge

  1. Using the terminal to recharge airtime directly onto the customers' account (in shop direct
    top up through ERP/receipting system)
  2. This option is available both for prepaid and postpaid customers
  3. The customer will need to provide their username and specify a voucher amount in order
    to proceed with the recharge

Option 2. Web based recharge with voucher

  1. Customers will be able to purchase recharge vouchers from stores, which they can use to
    top up their accounts directly through a web interface.http://voip.econet.co.zw

Option 3. Recharge Cards
Various recharge card denominations will be available

Postpaid
Customer will pay for their usage at the end of the calendar month
